During this time, I have gained a vast experience with a range of different ages, developing a wider knowledge and understanding of all age groups from babies up to 11 year olds. During my time at Building Blocks I have been given the opportunity to develop as a professional gaining a Level 5 in Leadership & Management. I have been one of the managers in Teddington since September 2014. I have managed both the Main Building and Kids Club during this time. Within my role I thoroughly enjoy developing the staff team, the children within the setting and the environment to ensure we provide a stimulating, safe and engaging setting where all children can thrive. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my two children and husband.
