Hi there, I am Anna. I have been working at Building Blocks since January 2010 and I am a Lead Early Years Educator within our Beautiful Babies. I have my NVQ level 2 and 3 in Childcare and Education and love to observe children achieve new skills.

During my time at Building Blocks I have been alongside all age groups. I enjoy creative activities, the messier the better! I am a parent myself and I love spending time with my daughter, my husband and family members. 

My name is Alina and I joined Building Blocks in June 2024. I have a level 3 Diploma in Early Years and previously worked in a nursery caring for children aged 4 months to 4 years old. Prior to this, I worked with young adults with learning disabilities as a Support Worker, and children aged 3 years old to 18 years old with visual impairments as a Social Rehabilitator. My favourite aspect of working in childcare is understanding each child's unique perspective of the world around them, and supporting them to develop their skills for childhood and beyond. In my personal life, I'm an amateur photographer, I enjoy exploring new places, and trying new foods with my family.

My name is Lynne and I joined Building Blocks in February 2020. I worked as a teaching assistant in Saudi Arabia for 9 years. I have also been looking after my own children and grandchildren over the years. I have three children and 5 grandchildren. I love doing arts and crafts with the children and enjoy reading with them. I love spending time with my family. I love supporting the children’s learning alongside their parents. I am in the final stages of completing my Level 3 in Childcare and Education and I’m very much looking forward to applying my new knowledge to my practice.

My name is Libby and I started with Building Blocks in November 2022. I have a Child Development qualification and achieved Level 2 in Early Years Childcare. I previously worked in customer service with members of the public and decided it was time to begin a career in Childcare. In my spare time I enjoy going out with my friends, listening to music and spending time with my family.

My name is Nataliia and I started at Building Blocks in March 2023. I am Ukrainian born and came to the UK in 2014. I worked as a private Nanny for the last 9 years, caring for children aged 6 months to 9 years old. I have a CACHE Level 1 in Childcare , I have finished Level 2 in July 2024 and I am going to start Level 3 in September .I have been working with children for 34 years and I have never looked back. In my spare time I love reading ,knitting, going to the theatre

,cinema , travelling and working as a volunteer.

My name is Shivani and I joined Building Blocks in May 2024. I am an Early Years Educator with an NVQ Level 2 in Children and Young People’s Workforce. My previous experience is working in a Nursery for over 4years where I have supervised and supported the learning and development of children aged from 18 months old to 4years old. Since July 2023, I worked as a sports coach at a summer camp. I have also worked at Lego clubs covering at 2/3 different Primary schools supporting children aged 5 years old to 8 years old. What is important to me is the wellbeing of the children, this is my main priority, supporting their learning, through having fun and providing educational activities, tracking their development through observations to ensure the right level of support is provided throughout their time at nursery. I enjoy travelling, Cooking, Fitness and going Shopping.
